Instal\u00b7laci\u00f3 d’ascensor i accions realitzades<\/h3><\/div>

En aquest habitatge unifamiliar del barri de Montemar s\u2019ha instal\u00b7lat un ascensor tipus PEV panor\u00e0mic<\/strong> amb estructura per a exterior, una soluci\u00f3 pensada per donar acc\u00e9s vertical entre la planta baixa i la superior de la casa de forma c\u00f2moda i amb un acabat visualment atractiu.<\/p>\n

La instal\u00b7laci\u00f3 va presentar una complexitat afegida: per ubicar correctament el buit de l\u2019ascensor va ser necessari enderrocar part del mur de pedra existent<\/strong>, una intervenci\u00f3 que va requerir una cura especial per garantir l\u2019estabilitat del conjunt. A partir d\u2019aquest buit es va aixecar l\u2019estructura de tancament exterior i es va construir una passarel\u00b7la que connecta directament amb la terrassa de la planta superior<\/strong>, integrant l\u2019ascensor en la din\u00e0mica d\u2019\u00fas de l\u2019habitatge de forma natural.<\/p>\n

El resultat \u00e9s una instal\u00b7laci\u00f3 que combina funcionalitat i est\u00e8tica, aportant accessibilitat sense renunciar a un acabat acurat que encaixa amb l\u2019entorn i l\u2019arquitectura de la casa.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
