Instal\u00b7laci\u00f3 d’ascensor i accions realitzades<\/h3><\/div>

En aquesta comunitat de propietaris del Prat de Llobregat, s’ha realitzat una intervenci\u00f3 integral d’alta complexitat t\u00e8cnica per a dotar a l’edifici d’un sistema d’elevaci\u00f3 complet. El projecte ha requerit una redistribuci\u00f3 de l’espai com\u00fa, incloent-hi la retallada de les escales existents i el despla\u00e7ament de les portes dels habitatges, maniobres necess\u00e0ries per a crear el buit on s’ha situat el nou ascensor oleodin\u00e1mic<\/strong> en finca existent.<\/p>\n

La instal\u00b7laci\u00f3 s’ha dissenyat per a cobrir totes les necessitats dels ve\u00efns, estenent el servei fins a una parada en el terrat<\/strong> per a facilitar l’acc\u00e9s a les zones comunes superiors. A m\u00e9s, per a garantir que la finca sigui 100% accessible des del nivell de carrer, s’ha instal\u00b7lat un salvaescales en la planta baixa<\/strong>, eliminant aix\u00ed l’\u00faltim obstacle arquitect\u00f2nic del vest\u00edbul.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
